No-Show & Cancellation Policy

  • A $50 fee applies for late cancellations or no-shows.
  • 10-minute grace period for late arrivals; beyond that, you may be asked to reschedule.

We require 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made late or missed appointments will incur a $50 fee. We also offer a 10-minute grace period if you are running late; beyond that, you may need to reschedule.
